How Much?

How much is to much or too little? You maybe wondering what I am talking about.. I am talking about how much to sell farm fresh eggs for. We always have more then we can eat, so we sell some of them. I guess it's all about how much people are willing to pay. But, really for fresh organic free range eggs? They are large brown and sometimes white eggs.. my chickens are free range and healthy! I currently sell them for a dollar a dozen.. but am wondering if I could get more. But, then I am afraid that no one will buy them..

How much do you sell your eggs for if you do sell them?

I get $1.50, but just 20 minutes down the road folks get $3. Even more if you are near a large city.

I get $3.00 and sometimes people give me extra. I am in N. Ga. At farmer's markets they go for $4-6 a dozen. And people buy them.

Love your eggs for sale sign, too cute. I sell my eggs 2.50 a dozen here in Kentucky, actually I'm meetin some of my customers today to sell eggs.

I don't have a lot of extras to sell, but I had mentioned "$2" and got some eye-rolls about that. Good grief, as expensive as feed is I really don't think that's much to ask ;) The Amish around here sell them for $1 to 1.50 a dozen. I guess they kind of set the price! -Tammy
